Who Won Rhode Island Elections in 2006?

Sheldon Whitehouse

Incumbent Republican Don Carcieri fended off a challenge from Democrat Charles Fogarty and retained the Governor's seat in Rhode Island. The incumbent Republican Senator Lincoln Chafee didn't fare as well, losing a re-election bid to Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse (pictured).
