Incumbents pulled off a sweep in Indiana's major elections in 2008.

Governor Mitch Daniels (pictured) easily beat Democratic challenger Jill Long Thompson, while all nine incumbent members of the House of Representatives returned to Washington - and they all won fairly easily.

Indiana Democratic Senator Evan Bayh's term expires in 2010, while Republican Dick Lugar is up for re-election in 2012.

Indiana awarded it's 11 electoral votes to Barack Obama.
