Who Won New Mexico Elections in 2010?

Incumbent Democrat Governor Bill Richardson was term-limited and unable to run for re-election in 2010. Winning the election to fill the open seat was Republican Susana Martinez over Lieutenant Governor Diane Denish. She became New Mexico's first elected female governor.

In the Congressional elections incumbent Democrats Martin Heinrich and Ben Lujan both won re-election. However the incumbent Democrat in the 2nd District, Harry Teague, lost his re-election bid to Republican Steve Pearce - who returned to Congress after a failed senate campaign in 2008.
