Who Won Connecticut Elections in 2014?

Incumbent Democratic Governor Dannel Malloy won re-election to a second term in office. He defeated former Ambassador to Ireland Thomas Foley in a relatively close race.

All five incumbent Democrats in the House of Representatives ran for and won re-election to another term. The closest races were in the 4th and 5th Districts where Jim Himes and Elizabeth Esty each received 53% of the vote. The other three incumbents had over 60% of the vote.
