Incumbent Republican Governor Scott Walker won his third election in four years (he won a recall election in 2012). He defeated Democrat Mary Burke with 52% of the vote.
Incumbents won in 7 of the 8 Congressional Districts in Wisconsin. There was an open seat in the 6th District with the retirement of Republican Tom Petri who had served since 1979. His seat was won by fellow Republican Glenn Grothman over Mark Harris.
