"Transformers" won best movie and Johnny Depp won two popcorn trophies at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards.
Depp won Best Comedic Performance and Best Villain.
The awards show went on as a studio fire nearby was just being extinguished at Universal Studios.
Winners were encouraged to keep their speeches short by a Javier Bardem lookalike with a pneumatic cattle gun.
