Who Won the Outback Bowl?
The Outback Bowl is an annual college football bowl game played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
The game began as the Hall of Fame Bowl in 1986 and it stayed that way until Outback Steakhouse took over sponsorship in 1995.
