Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. passed Kyle Busch on the final lap and picked up his first career Cup Series win at the 2017 Geico 500. Busch had led the most laps with 48.

Stenhouse, who started on the pole, was in his 158th start and he also snapped a 101-race drought for the Roush Fenway Racing team.

An 18-car accident delayed the race for 27 minutes with 20 laps remaining.
