The Miss World Pageant for 2010 was held at the Crown Convention Center in Sanya, China (Vietnam had been scheduled to host).
Alexandria Mills of the United States was crowned Miss World 2010, with the 1st Runner Up being Emma Wareus of Botswana. It was the 60th year for the pageant and the third Miss World title for the United States.
