Ernie Els wins the 2008 Honda ClassicPGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

The Honda Classic PGA golf tournament originated in 1972 as Jackie Gleason's Inverrary Classic. Honda took over sponsorship in 1982.

Starting in 2007 the Honda Classic has been held at the PGA National Resort & Spa's Championship Course in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
