The 2010 Preakness Stakes was the 135th running of the race.

Lookin At Lucky changed jockeys from the Kentucky Derby to Martin Garcia, and Garcia rode the horse to a time of 1:55.47 and a Preakness win. Trainer Bob Baffert logged his fifth Preakness victory - tying him with D Wayne Lukas for second all-time.

Lookin At Lucky was trained by Bob Baffert and was at 3-1 odds at the opening of the race.
