Despite suffering from the flu, Serena Williams won her 20th career grand slam final with a 6-3, 6-7 (2-7), 6-2 victory over Lucie Safarova.

Williams, who is now two grand slam titles behind Steffi Graf, was behind 2-0 in the final set before rattling off six consecutive games.

Williams is now 33 years old. Only Martina Navratilova won a grand slam title at an older age.
