Who Won 79th Annual Academy Awards?

The 79th Academy Awards were held in the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles on February 25, 2007 and hosted by Ellen DeGeneres. "The Departed" ended up being the big winner of the night by winning Best Picture, Best Director for Martin Scorsese, Screenplay, and Editing. "Pan's Labyrinth" won three design related Oscars. "Dreamgirls" had gone into the evening with the most nominations (eight) and won two Academy Awards (supporting actress Jennifer Hudson and sound mixing).
