Who Won the Texas Bowl?
The Texas Bowl began in 2006 in Houston, Texas. The bowl replaced the now-defunct Houston Bowl, which was played annually from 2000 to 2005. From 2011-2012 it was known as the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas. It is currently sponsored by Academy Sports + Outdoors.
