The Birmingham Bowl is played annually in Birmingham, Alabama. The first game was in 2006 and was called the PapaJohns.com Bowl. From 2011-2014 it was the BBVA Compass Bowl (2011–2014). The game was held at Legion Field until 2020, and then moved to Protective Stadium.
