"The Band's Visit" was the big winner at the 72nd Tony Awards. The musical won ten awards including Best Musical. "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" won six awards including Best Play. The musicals "Mean Girls" and "SpongeBob SquarePants" had the most nominations with 12 each, but "Mean Girls" was shut out and "SpongeBob" won once. Lifetime Achievement awards were given to Chita Rivera and Andrew Lloyd Webber. The 2018 Tony Awards were hosted by Josh Groban and Sara Bareilles.
