The 61st Annual Emmy Awards were held on September 20, 2009 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and hosted by Neil Patrick Harris. There were a lot of repeat winners including "Mad Men" and "30 Rock" repeating as Best Drama and Best Comedy.
