The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards were held August 25, 2013 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Leading in nominations were Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis with six each. Performers included Lady Gaga, Drake, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry and Timberlake - who also briefly performed with fellow members of N Sync. Macklemore & Lewis won three times, while Timberlake took home Video of the Year for "Mirrors" as well as the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
